Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess and rehabilitate patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians in a Georgia facility. You will document progress, educate patients, and contribute to a safe, infection-controlled environment using evidence-based practices.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred), a valid PT license, BLS certification, and at least one year of rehab experience in LTACH, acute care, or SNF

Qualifications

• Master’s in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate preferred.
• Valid PT license in Georgia.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in rehab, LTACH, acute care, or SNF settings.
• Effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Role: Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformity in patients with disease or injury. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment plans, set goals, and determine discharge strategies. Select appropriate treatments, educate patients and families, and provide discharge instructions and referrals. Document evaluations, treatments, and education according to departmental standards. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical practices, and ensure safety and infection control measures. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment, deliver excellent customer service using AIDET principles, and participate in professional development and mandatory training activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
