Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The role offers a flexible schedule and hourly compensation of $50–$55, commensurate with experience, with locations from East Valley to Central.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT program.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with state practice acts and permissible supervision.
• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical trainings; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and direct PT interventions for medically necessary patients with proper documentation.
• Maintain open, respectful communication with coworkers, physicians, patients, families, and third-party payors.

Responsibilities

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.


• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.


• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.


• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
