Job summary

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our team on a weekday schedule. All residents live on campus, enabling you to follow their journey throughout their continuum of care.

You will provide person-centered physical therapy, supporting daily living and individual care plans, within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. We require a current state Physical Therapy license and value inpatient/outpatient experience and documentation skills to

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Inpatient and Outpatient experience highly preferred.
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in all aspects of daily living with person-centered care.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on strengths and preferences.

Location: Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living

We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team. All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Our Physical Therapists support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Skilled Nursing Experience Required

Compensation

$55.00 per hour.

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

What we require:

• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
