Job summary

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team. All residents live on campus, enabling you to follow their journey throughout their continuum of care.

You will support residents in daily living with person-centered care, implementing care plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet clinical, emotional, and functional goals for older adults.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Inpatient and Outpatient experience highly preferred.
• Experience completing documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, person-centered physical therapy to residents.
• Implement residents' personal care plans and routines, while focusing on comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.

Location: Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living

We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team. All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Our Physical Therapists support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Skilled Nursing Experience Required

Compensation

$55.00 per hour.

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What we require:

• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
