Apploi is hiring a Physical Therapist for PRN weekday and weekend coverage in Portland, Oregon. The role involves providing direct patient care, performing PT assessments, and collaborating with a healthcare team to support rehabilitation goals.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited PT degree, an active PT license in Oregon, CPR certification, and experience with PCC EMR. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (PCC).
• CPR Certification.
