Qualifications

Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Float Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy+ in Kansas City Metro. As a vital member of our clinic, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and support individuals throughout their recovery journey.

  • Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
  • Review physician referrals and patient medical records to determine required physical therapy treatments.
  • Provide direct patient care following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
  • Manage patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
  • Complete a written plan of care, set goals based on evaluations, and develop comprehensive programs to achieve these goals.
  • Implement physical therapy treatments and provide essential care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies.
  • Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, reports, evaluations, and summaries.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Current Kansas license and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
  • Basic PC skills, including EMR systems, database software, and MS Office.

  • Monday - Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
