You will evaluate, plan, implement, and discharge plans based on Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to foster a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Valid Texas Physical Therapy License or Temporary License.
• At least 1 year of licensed PT experience.
