University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC) is seeking a Physical Therapist who will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document outcomes. This role works closely with the health care team to meet patient needs and educate patients and families across age ranges.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, a Texas license, and current CPR certification.
The Physical Therapist functions independently and consistently in the delivery of quality care to patients requiring physical therapy in accordance with individual patient needs, physician orders, department policies and procedures, and standards of practice. Evaluates patients, plans and implements treatment programs, and documents all treatment accurately. Works in conjunction with other members of the health care team to ensure patient needs are met. Educates patients and families. Provides care to patients of varying ages with age related needs.

One year of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
Current CPR required.
