Position Summary:
Staff Physical Therapist (LPT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, educating, and utilizing exercises and physical therapy modalities in the treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with medical problems, health-related conditions, or developmental disabilities that limit their mobility or ability to perform functional activities. The Physical Therapist also helps prevent conditions associated with mobility loss, promotes movement, reduces pain, restores function, and prevents disability to support individuals in achieving healthy and active lifestyles. Some travel may be required between facilities and for various job functions. This summary highlights the primary duties but does not exclude other responsibilities.
