• Position: Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

What you will do: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Re-assess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing and family meetings
• Perform discharge evaluations, recommend home and community safety measures, provide referrals and education
• Communicate patient needs and progress with the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification as per state regulations
• At least one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injuries
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with physical requirements including pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, kneeling, and standing
• Health screening may be required periodically
