Theracare in Indianapolis is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across multiple care settings, including Skilled Nursing and Home Health Care. You will work as part of a dedicated therapy team with access to regional management for support, and a range of PRN hours with flexible scheduling.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science or higher in Physical Therapy, active licensure, and at least one year in rehabilitation, with strong communication skills to collaborate

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board.
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.
• Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in physical therapy.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.

Job Description

• Facility is located at 1651 N. Campbell Ave, Indianapolis. Near East side.

The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care

• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
