Ivy Rehab is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient care at our Lancaster, PA clinics. This per diem/part-time role offers mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team devoted to exceptional patient outcomes.

You will provide evaluations and treatment, pursue ongoing professional growth, and join a diverse team with opportunities for residency programs and future leadership paths.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the treating state or pending license.
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Eagerness to grow & learn; Team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatment.
• Collaborate with care team and document patient progress in the EHR.
