• Communicates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as necessary.
• Delegates interventions appropriately, ensuring quality care.
• Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s preferred.
• Physical Therapist License required.
