The Physical Therapist position involves evaluating and treating patients per physician orders, using diverse modalities to restore strength and function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board.
• Prefer minimum one year experience in rehabilitation.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide therapy services in diverse locations (SNF, outpatient, long-term care or home health).
• Demonstrate competency in applying therapy principles and maintaining compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders using diverse therapeutic procedures.
• Work as part of a therapy team to restore strength, coordination and function.
• Provide therapy services across Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient, Long Term Care or Home Health.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy

Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board

Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation

Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care

Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
