What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Administer a wide range of treatments, including: Therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, etc.
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans
• Maintain thorough documentation: daily notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, and accurate billing
• Understand and explain insurance-related matters (deductibles, co-pays, Medicare caps) with confidence
• Collaborate with your team to solve problems and ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and staff
• Stay up to date through continuing education, workshops, and professional development
• Comply with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards of practice
