Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist for a large nonprofit hospital system in California. You’ll treat a 100% orthopedic/sports medicine caseload within a 15-therapist clinic, delivering patient-first care with hourly patient rotations and structured mentorship from a seasoned team.

The role offers a generous compensation package from $104,000 to $165,000, a $15,000 sign-on/relocation bonus, full benefits, 4.5 weeks PTO, and PSLF loan forgiveness to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy required.
• Active California PT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience with Orthopedic / Sports Med caseload preferred.
• Desire to treat patients 1:1, spending an hour with each patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with visits lasting 45-60 minutes.
• See 1 patient per hour with a focus on orthopedic/sports medicine.
• Collaborate with a large multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.

Outpatient Ortho Physical Therapist Highlights:
