Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on evidence-based care, manual therapy, and functional rehab in a patient-first environment.
Salary:
$90,000-$108,000 per year + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits

Schedule:Flexible (30-40 hours/week with preference for afternoon shifts)
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
$25,000 student loan repayment
$750 incentive bonus every 4 weeks

Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Create and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure clinical excellence
Build meaningful relationships with patients and community members
Document patient care using a modern EMR system
Comply with all federal, state, and payer regulations

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
