Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking a Staff Level I Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across acute, skilled, rehab and outpatient settings. The role includes discharge planning and collaboration with the care team to help patients reach their highest level of function.

The position requires a PT degree from an accredited program, a valid license in Physical Therapy, and CPR certification. 0–2 years of clinical practice are required with 1 year preferred.

• Record and document patient progress, including daily treatments and discharge summaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
