Therapy Partners of North Texas is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our North Dallas team. You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care following established protocols.
You will lead care through plans, document progress, and coordinate with physicians and insurers as part of a collaborative, growing practice. New graduates are welcomed, Texas license and CPR are required.
Therapy Partners of North Texas serves the Greater North Dallas Area with 22 evidence-based practices that provide comprehensive evaluations, treatments, and prevention strategies for general orthopedic-related injuries to the spine and extremities.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Therapy Partners of North Texas. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.
Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we’d love for you to start your career with us!
Current state of Texas license and CPR certification
Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office,

$80-85K base salary for new grads ($85-90K w/ TIP, plus sign on bonus options!)
$85-92K base salary for experienced clinicians, based on experience level ($90-100K+ w/ TIP, plus sign on bonus options!)
