Job summary

Therapy Partners of North Texas in Allen, TX is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team and deliver high-quality therapy that helps patients reach their rehabilitation goals. You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and physician referrals, and document progress in a collaborative, evidence-based environment.

New grads are welcome; Texas PT license and CPR certification are required; experience with balance/vestibular rehab

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Texas PT license and CPR certification.
  • Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation plans; willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
  • PC skills including EMR, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients comprehensively and develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and physician referrals
  • Review medical records, diagnostic reports, and patient history to determine appropriate physical therapy interventions
  • Implement evidence-based treatment programs utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and sports rehabilitation protocols
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and best practice guidelines
  • Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical findings in a timely and organized manner
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance providers to ensure coordinated and transparent care
  • Supervise and mentor rehabilitation technicians, ensuring quality patient care delivery
  • Develop comprehensive plans of care with measurable, goal-oriented objectives tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and incident reports
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and contribute to a culture of continuous professional development and innovation

Job Description
