Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical care, documentation, leadership, and ensuring compliance with state Acts and OSHA regulations. This role requires CAPTE-accredited training, active licensure, CPR, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
