True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Pinole, CA.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, documenting progress, supervising staff, and complying with state Practice Acts, OSHA, and Medicare regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
