Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Pinole, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, documenting progress and goals, and leading a team while ensuring compliance with state Acts, OSHA, and Medicare regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Skills: Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking).

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
