We are looking for a Physical Therapist and/or Physical Therapy Assistant to join our great team at ProActive Rehabilitation & Wellness!

We are a growing outpatient private practice clinic located in Augusta, GA treating the adult population; specializing in orthopedics, neuro, pain management, amputee, pelvic floor physical therapy, sports/injury.

As a PT your roles include:

• Assess, plan
• Organize
• Administer rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
• Participate in knowledge translation & content creation initiatives at the practice

We have immediate need for a PT/PT to work at least 3 days a week, but full-time & PRN options are also available.
