Providence seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to conduct independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, and to develop comprehensive treatment plans. You will perform PT procedures and supervise assistants, contributing to patient-centered care across multiple Pacific Medical Centers locations in the Seattle area.
The role requires a WA PT license, BLS certification, and completion of an APTA-approved program with internship.
Performs independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in department; performs physical therapy procedures and modalities; directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. Works at varied clinic locations as needed.
