As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate mobility, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to restore function and improve quality of life. Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active or pending U.S. state Physical Therapy licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; licensure is required for practice.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, ROM, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and manual therapy.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulations.
