Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Physical Therapy (PT) position to join our team at the Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Argyle, New York. We provide rehab services in a state-of-the-art facility and welcome both seasoned professionals and new graduates looking to grow.

As a PT, you will evaluate residents, develop rehabilitation plans, relieve pain through exercises and hands-on therapy, supervise assistants, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current New York State PT License.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents’ conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching.
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort.

Educación

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program

Current New York State PT License
