Evening Shift Differential: $2.00/hour
Night Shift Differential: $2.50/hour
Hours: Typically, 8-hour shift. Weekday availability, some shifts until 7:00p, 2 weekend shifts per month.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Renders Physical Therapy evaluations and treatment procedures and techniques appropriate to the needs of individual patient. Assesses, treats, and cares for patients of all ages.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Licensed to practice as an Physical Therapist by the state of employment.
