The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning of all patients referred for their given services. The Physical Therapist is an integral healthcare provider accountable to assist the patient to their highest level of function. The Staff Level I Therapist will uphold the mission, vision, and values of Jefferson Health. Works in conjunction with other health care professionals to coordinate treatment plans and care.
Job Description
Essential Functions:
Education:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
AND
0-2 years of clinical practice required. 1 year preferred.
Valid state license in Physical Therapy.
CPR certification required-American Heart Association (AHA) for Healthcare Providers, BLS.
