Job summary

Working Nurses Homecare in Broward County is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for per diem home health assignments. You will examine and treat patients in their homes to improve mobility and independence, collaborating with families and caregivers.

Flexible schedule—choose your days and hours—plus 24/7 clinical manager support and bi-weekly pay. Per diem roles offer competitive pay and the opportunity to impact patient lives directly in the community.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapy license (PT) is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• AHCA Level 2 Background Check.
• Proficient in documentation and patient charting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients at home to improve mobility and independence.
• Help patients perform daily living activities and home exercise programs.
• Document care plans, progress notes, and communicate with families and physicians.
