Job summary

WORKING NURSES HEALTHCARE is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for field-based home health in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. You’ll assess and treat patients in their homes, focusing on mobility, self-care, and function, with the flexibility to select your days and hours.

Applicants must hold an active Florida PT license, CPR/BLS, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. AHCA Level 2 background check and strong documentation and communication skills are required for this

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
• AHCA Level 2 Background Check.
• Proficient in documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health PT evaluation and treatment to improve mobility and daily living activities.
• Deliver high-quality care in patients' homes across Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to tailor therapy plans.
