Qualifications

In this role, you will treat patients requiring rehabilitation after injury or disease, develop personalized treatment plans with clear goals, and complete all documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

You will work within a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced therapeutic technology and simulation environments, providing care for conditions such as amputations, brain injuries, orthopedic issues, neurologic disorders, stroke, and trauma.

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Current or eligible Delaware license
• CPR certification
