WeCare at The Green Home Care Center in Wellsboro, PA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to help residents improve mobility and move forward under the direction of a physical therapist.

• Records patient reactions to treatment and provides status reports at the end of each session.
• Uses assistive devices and equipment to help patients regain movement and reduce pain.

• Making modifications to treatments as directed by the physical therapist to help the patient progress or to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Preparing patients and equipment for therapy and implements treatment plans as instructed, including exercise, stretching, applying modalities, and functional mobility training.
• Recording patient's reaction to treatment and providing status reports at the end of each treatment.
• Using assistive devices and other equipment to help patients regain movement and reduce pain.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
