Position: Physical Therapist.

Location: Quakertown and Bethlehem sites.

Job Type: Per Diem.

Medical Specialty: Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine.

Schedule: 8-hour shift.

Work Location: In person.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled physical therapy sessions for assigned clients.
• Document progress notes after each session.
• Submit monthly clinical reports by the end of the client’s Clinical Review week.
• Conduct assessments for new or prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and residential staff on client-specific issues.
• Participate in Clinical Team meetings and family meetings as needed.
• Contribute to the development of predicted outcomes for clients.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Integrate the mission of SRI into all aspects of your work.
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree from an APTA-accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license (required).
• Proficiency with electronic health records and Medicare documentation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Medicare patients in an outpatient setting.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with individuals with brain injuries or neurological impairments.
