What you’ll do:

Provide physical therapy in an outpatient surgical center, serving patients who had knee and hip procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Size and fit post-op patients with the appropriate assistive device.
• Instruct in and establish independent functional mobility, gait on level and stairs, and transfers.
• Instruct in an established home exercise program.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is a plus. Medical office experience preferred.
• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to identify and implement components of the physical therapy process.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, insurance regulations, and related policies.
