Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist for a per diem role on our campus in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. You’ll work across inpatient and outpatient services, implementing personal care plans and addressing residents’ physical, emotional, and clinical needs to support their journey.

You’ll collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, provide compassionate care, and leverage our on-site facilities to promote wellness.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Provide holistic care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address residents’ needs.
• Support inpatient and outpatient services on the Cedar Crest campus.

We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our team. We offer inpatient, outpatient and so many more services at our gorgeous campus. All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care. Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

Our communities offer levels of care and include specialty programs such as: urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, home safety assessment, movement disorders and low vision.

All of our clients live within our community, which means no additional travel!

Compensation: $55/HR

What we require:

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
