Job summary

Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, CA is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide treatment and training for patients, aiming to decrease pain, restore movement, and regain function after injury or disability.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PT program, California licensure, State Board exam, and AHA CPR card; acute care experience is preferred. Earn per diem premiums and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with the State of California required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card required.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to operate PT equipment safely and perform basic functional evaluations required.
• Ability to relate professionally to patients, physicians, and other health care providers with strong customer service.

Summary

This position is responsible for applying physical therapy treatment and training to patients to decrease and/or alleviate pain, regain movement, and restore function following an injury, disease or physical disability.

Requirements

• 1. Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy is required.
• 2. Successful completion of the State Board exam is required.
• 3. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with the State of California is required.
• 4. Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• 5. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
• 6. Ability to operate PT equipment safely and perform basic functional evaluations is required.
• 7. Ability to relate in a professional manner to patients, physicians, the public and other health care providers while demonstrating excellent customer service is required.

Pay Range: $49.77-$69.68
