Job summary

Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to apply treatment plans, improve mobility, and restore function for patients following injury or illness. The role requires CA licensure, graduation from an accredited PT program, and passing the State Board.

CPR certification and strong communication with patients and staff are essential. This full-time position offers per diem premiums and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR is required.
• Ability to operate PT equipment safely and perform basic evaluations.
• Strong communication and customer service with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients to reduce pain and restore movement.
• Train and supervise patients to regain functional abilities after injury or illness.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with the care team.

Summary:

This position is responsible for applying physical therapy treatment and training to patients to decrease and/or alleviate pain, regain movement, and restore function following an injury, disease,or physical disability.

Requirements:

1. Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy is required.

2. Successful completion of the State Board exam is required.

3. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with the State of California is required.

4. Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.

5. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.

6. Ability to operate PT equipment safely and perform basic functional evaluations is required.

7. Ability to relate in a professional manner to patients, physicians, the public and other health care providers while demonstrating excellent customer service is required.

Pay Range: $49.77-$69.68
