High Pointe Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join a collaborative team in Tennessee. Specializations include women's health and adult/orthopedic therapy, with one-on-one patient care in a modern clinic.

You will deliver personalized interventions, progress exercises, and educate patients while collaborating with PTs and the care team to achieve exceptional outcomes. A supportive environment fosters mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Specializations include Women's Health pelvic health and Adult/Orthopedic therapy.
• TN PTA license required and in good standing.
• Interest in pelvic health or orthopedic therapy welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized treatment interventions in collaboration with the Physical Therapist.
• Help patients build strength, mobility, confidence, and independence.
• Progress exercises and activities based on each patient’s response and established plan of care.
• Provide evidence-based care with a personal touch.
• Educate and encourage patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate closely with PTs and the broader care team to support exceptional outcomes.
