Job Description

The Physical Therapist delivers play‑based, developmentally appropriate therapy, coordinates services with other specialists, documents client progress accurately, and participates in team and staff meetings. The position requires collaboration in early life planning and program development.

Qualifications

• Provide play‑based, developmentally appropriate physical therapy to assigned children.
• Deliver transdisciplinary therapies alongside OT, SLP, and educators.
• Coordinate services for all assigned children.
• Maintain accurate and efficient service documentation.
• Participate in team and staff meetings.
• Stay current with discipline‑related advances regarding children birth to age three through readings, workshops, and professional forums, and integrate new information into daily services.
• After training, conduct evaluations using the Hawaii Early Learning Profile, produce evaluation reports promptly, and create IFSP goals in communication, cognition, hearing, and social‑emotional areas.
