Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for our Delaware Early Intervention and Pediatric program. This role offers per diem or part-time hours with a flexible schedule and travel within your chosen coverage area.

You will provide therapy in natural environments—homes, childcare settings, and community spaces—empowering families and delivering high-quality, family-centered care. Per visit compensation up to $80 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child's development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments - homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.

We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem or Part Time Physical Therapists (PT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware.
