Evaluate and treat physician-referred patients by organizing and conducting physical therapy programs. Evaluate physical dysfunction or disability, plan and implement specific treatment programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team.

Physical therapist must be able to evaluate and provide treatment interventions to patients. Must be able to work in a fast paced department. Position requires ability to accurately and completely document in a timely manner utilizing the electronic medical record system EPIC. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
USD $58.04 - USD $58.04 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
