Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist in Louisville, KY to provide a full range of PT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess, plan, and execute therapy programs to restore function and improve quality of life for patients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years experience in physical therapy or clinical setting.
• Must have and maintain a current state PT license; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
