Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Washington PT license required.
• Basic Life Support certification at hire (American Red Cross or AHA).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish a treatment plan and goals.
• Provide patient treatment per plan of care and adjust as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Mentor and supervise students or new staff as appropriate.
• Assist in development of new services and quality initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings and caregiver training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
