Job summary

People Well Staffing in Marina Del Rey, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on functional goals. You will provide evidence‑based therapeutic exercise, mobility, balance, gait, and functional training, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and educate patients, families, and caregivers.

A CA license in good standing and current BLS/CPR certification are required; strong clinical reasoning, communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active CA Physical Therapist license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the applicable setting preferred; qualified clinicians at varying experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercise, mobility, balance, gait, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safety and home programs.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, rehabilitation professionals, and the interdisciplinary team.
