Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for part-time or PRN schedules. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and administer physical therapy to residents in a skilled nursing setting.

The role requires a current Colorado PT license, graduation from an accredited PT program, and preference for post-acute or long-term care experience. Competitive hourly pay and benefits for full-time only.

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care (preferred)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE
• Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.

Rate Range

$45 - $52/ hour
