Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work with children in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assess, plan, and guide personalized therapy to help children move better and gain strength, while engaging with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Flexible scheduling with a focus on reliability, compassion, and making a real difference in the lives of recipients and employees. This role emphasizes home-based service delivery in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Michigan Physical Therapist license.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 physical therapy to children in their homes.
• Support, encourage and help children move better and become stronger.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to implement therapy plans.
• Deliver compassionate care that aligns with ExpertCare’s mission to help others succeed.
