Advanced Physical Therapy in Berkley, MI is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. You will deliver high‑quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well‑being.

Responsibilities include assessing patients to develop treatment plans, providing direct care, documenting progress, supervising assistants, writing plans of care, implementing therapy programs, and communicating with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current MI license and CPR certification.
• Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation plans.
• Ability to work independently in autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software, and MS Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Advanced PT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well‑being.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results

• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines

• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers

• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians

• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals

• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments

• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Qualifications
