Responsibilities:

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to policy and individualized care plans
• Document all procedures accurately and timely
• Follow established policies and scope of practice
• Prioritize patient care needs with initiative and sound judgment
• Complete required orientations, in-services, and training
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Licensure, Certification, and Educational Requirements:

• Valid professional license in the state of practice
• Candidates currently on an H1B visa eligible for transfer; sponsorship for new visas is not available
• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited school; foreign-trained candidates must have credentials deemed equivalent to U.S. standards
