Job summary

Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Ontario, CA. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

An active California PT license is required, along with graduation from an accredited PT program and strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is preferred.
